Phdream Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to Using the Platform

1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and phdream ("Platform", "We", or "Company") for the use of the online casino platform and all related services provided through the phdream-khelo.com website.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the platform phdream — including but not limited to slots, Live Casino, baccarat, poker, virtual sports, and all other entertainment products — you expressly and irrevocably agree to comply with, be bound by, and act in accordance with all terms, conditions, and policies set out in this document.

2Membership Eligibility

phdream reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify a member's eligibility. If a member is found not to meet the eligibility requirements, phdream reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account in question.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) phdream account only. Multiple account ownership by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. The information required includes:

• Full name as per valid national ID or passport
• An active, reachable Malaysian phone number
• A valid and accessible email address
• Exact date of birth for age verification purposes
• Bank account or eWallet details for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. phdream shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

All bonuses and promotions offered by phdream are subject to specific terms set for each promotion. General conditions applicable to all bonus types include:

• Each member is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only, for the lifetime of their account.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be played through in accordance with the stated rollover requirements.
• Rollover requirements not specifically stated are set at x20 (twenty times) of the bonus value.
• Phdream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Only one bonus may be activated at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses obtained through illegitimate means, fraud, or system abuse will be forfeited.

Daily rebate phdream calculated based on net losses within a 24-hour period. The rebate percentage varies according to your VIP membership tier. Rebates are automatically credited to your account the following day.

7Game Rules

All games on the platform phdream complies with international standard regulations. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. Some general rules that must be observed:

• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game and table.
• The outcome of completed games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical system failure.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Members may close their phdream account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, please ensure all eligible funds have been withdrawn.

phdream reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice if:

• The member has violated any of the terms set out in this document.
• There is suspicion of or evidence of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Members are unable to verify their identity when requested.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• As required for legal compliance or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, phdream reserves the right to hold account balances pending investigation. Funds confirmed to be clean will be returned once the investigation process is complete.

10Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by phdream is subject to Privacy Policy our comprehensive policy. Some of the key principles of our data protection are:

• Your data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data.

11Disclaimer of Liability

phdream provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty or guarantee, whether express or implied. We are not liable for:

• Any service disruptions resulting from system maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from fair and random game outcomes.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform.
• Losses resulting from the use of your login credentials by an unauthorised third party due to your own negligence.

Phdream's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in that member's account at the time the claim is made.

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions

phdream reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes through:

• An in-account notification upon the member's next login.
• A notification email will be sent to your registered address (for significant amendments).
