Registering a phdream account is simple and free. Go to the Register, fill in the form with your full name, Malaysian phone number, and email address. Then set a strong username and password. Verify your email via the link sent to you, and your account will be ready to use. The entire process takes less than 2 minutes.

The minimum age requirement to register and play at phdream is 18 years. This is a strict policy with no exceptions. All members are required to verify their age during the KYC process before their first withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately and all funds will be returned.

No. phdream only allows one account per person. Holding more than one account is a serious violation of our Terms & Conditions. To complete phdream KYC verification, you will need to submit:

Maximum deposit: Limits depend on your chosen payment method and account level. Generally, eWallets (TNG, GrabPay) — up to RM 5,000 per day; FPX internet banking — up to RM 30,000 per day. Contact support if you require a higher limit.

Note: Your first withdrawal requires KYC verification, which may take up to 24 hours. Once KYC is approved, subsequent withdrawals are processed within the timeframes above.

Withdrawals may be declined for several reasons:
  • KYC incomplete or documents insufficient
  • Bonus rollover requirement has not been met
  • Bank account or eWallet details do not match the registered name
  • Suspicious activity detected by the security system
  • Insufficient real balance (bonus balance that has not met the requirements must be excluded)

The minimum withdrawal amount at phdream is RM 50. There is no limit on the number of withdrawal requests per day, however each request requires a minimum of RM 50. For daily maximum withdrawal limits, please check your "Account Settings" page or contact support for details based on your membership level.

If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, do not make a second deposit. Here are the steps to take:
  • Check and save your proof of payment (take a screenshot of the receipt or transaction reference)
  • Contact phdream support via live chat and provide: the transaction reference number, amount, payment method, and time of transaction

Rollover (or wagering requirement) refers to the total amount you need to wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Here's how to calculate it: Bonus Amount × Rollover = Total Wagering Required.

Example: You receive a RM 100 bonus with a x20 rollover requirement. You would need to place total wagers of RM 100 × 20 = RM 2,000 before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
